Leave for Wilpattu which was decalred as a National Park in 1938.

Check-in at a permanent tented campsite located in buffer zones of the Wilpattu National Park.

Lunch at the campsite.

An evening jeep safari of the Wilpattu National Park. which is home to the amazing Sri Lanka Leopard (Panthera Pardus Kotiya).

BBQ dinner and over night stay at the Tented Campsite.

Leave for Anuradhapura.

In the afternoon visit the sights of Anuradhapura with its rich collection of archaeological and architectural wonders.

Depart for Jaffna via Killinochchi - Pooneryn passing 288 meter long Sangupiddy bridge and 3 kilometer long causeway lying across the Jaffna lagoon.

In the afternoon you could walk around the Jaffna market where you would see a wide variety of mats, baskets, hats and other items woven from Palmyrah leaves.

Also visit the Jaffna Fort and the buildings that had come up during the occupation of the island by the Portuguese, Dutch and the British shows the architectural features relevant to those periods of construction.

Overall in Jaffna no meat and pork is served but fish, mutton, chicken, lamb and seafood options are available at hotels / restaurants (except at vegetarian hotels).

Breakfast at the hotel and leave on a sight seeing tour of the Jaffna Peninsula covering the below mentioned places.

Kadurugoda Temple (Kantharodai) described as Kadurugoda Temple in the Sinhalese chronicles, is a 3rd century BC Buddhist site located about 10km north of the city of Jaffna

Nallur Kandasamy Kovil. The Premier place of Hindu worship in Jaffna.

Be there on time between 16:00 - 18:00hrs

Leave for Trincomalee - rich in history with its well known Natural Harbor.

On completion of a City tour of Trincomalee leave for Sigiriya

A jeep safari of the Minneriya National Park or Kaudulla National Park to watch the gathering of Wild Elephants.

In the morning visit and climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress.

Leave on an excursion to Polonnaruwa.

Return to the hotel in Sigiriya for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, leave for Kandy visiting the "Dambulla Rock Cave Temple", Spice Garden and a Batik Factory in Matale on the way.

Arrive in Kandy and check-in at the hotel.

Visit an auditorium to view the cultural performance of Kandyan dancing.

View the traditional rituals performed daily and later visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha

Dinner and overnight stay in Kandy.

Leave for Ella. You would be passing Nuwara Eliya during this journey

Enjoy the morning visit to the tea estate and factory and see the process of tea being manufactured. One could also have a delicious cup of freshly brewed tea.

Arrive in Ella and check-in at the hotel.

A morning walk up to the Nine Arches Railway Bridge.

Also visit and climb "Little Adams Peak". Rest of the day at leisure enjoying the scenic beauty of the surrounding.

Enjoy a jeep safari of the Yala National Park, which is by far the best and most visited park in Sri Lanka.

In the morning leave for Sinharaja, enroute visiting the Udawalawa Elephant Transit Home. Sinharaja Forest Reserve is a National Park and a biodiversity hotspot in Sri Lanka.

Check-in at the hotel in Sinharaja and rest of the day at leisure.

In the morning proceed to Sinharaja and walk through the Rain Forest.

On completion of the trek return to the hotel.

Depart and stay at beach hotel down south OR a hotel in Colombo.

Dinner and overnight stay at your selected hotel.

After early breakfast leave for the Bandaranaike International Airport for departure.
